Gordon has been a professional performer for over fourty years. He has acted at the Arts Club Mainstage Theatre (The Rocky Horror Show: the narrator), Stanley Theatre (Evita), the Vancouver Playhouse (The Music Man: Oliver Hix in the barbershop quartet), and has been a mainstay in 11 shows for the Royal City Musical Theatre Co.

A trained pianist and orchestral percussionist Gordon has recently added arranging and composing to his resume. With his writing partner Dean Beattie he is currently working on their fifth musical collaboration after successfully launching Song of the Sicamous in Penticton in the summer 2003. Being much in demand as a musical director and commercial actor he has worked all over the Lower Mainland since moving here from Los Angeles thirteen years ago. He has taught musical theatre voice for twenty years and still coaches young singers at the Kirkwood Academy.

Gordon will be musical director for the Carousel Theatre production of "A Year With Frog and Toad" spring 2010. He is also working on the original two man show "Songs I'll Never Sing" with Sanders Whiting.
