Damon was born and
raised in the Vancouver area and has been involved in theatre since his
debut at age nine. He has appeared in, directed or designed over 150
plays and films.
Some of Damon’s favourite roles include:
- John Merrick in The Elephant Man
- Bardolph in Henry V
- Motel and Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof
- Dromio of Syracuse in The Comedy of Errors
- Sir Benjamin Backbite in The School for
Scandal
- Piesetairos in The Birds
He has received several awards at various Theatre

Damon did his acting training at U.B.C. and the Actor’s Working
Academy where he taught for six years. In addition, Damon taught Theatre
at the Secondary level for nine years. When not acting, Damon
pursues bird photography with his friend Don Waite (photos are at

Damon's favourite role is that of husband to Jodi our touring stage manager.
